Releasing Of The Upcoming Super Mario Galaxy 2
In 2007, Nintendo released Super Mario Galaxy, one of the top sellers in the Mario franchise of games. Soon to be released will be the next installment and much anticipated release of Super Mario Galaxy 2. This new game is everything you love about the first with much more.
Once again, Mario has the ability to team up with his dinosaur friend Yoshi as he travels from galaxy to galaxy to collect star pieces. When Mario happens upon an egg, he can break it open to release Yoshi and ride him throughout the level. Yoshi can eat items that give him special powers like flying through the air. He can also eat fruit as well as enemies and spit them out with the use of the Wii controller.
There are also new tools that can be used throughout the Super Mario Galaxy 2 game. Mario has the ability to use a drill which helps him travel to the other side of the world. There are also many staples of the original Super Mario Galaxy that are implemented into this new version.
The multi player action is also more involved this time. When another player jumps into the game, they can help gather star pieces, coins and even 1-ups to help out Mario. The first version of the game only let the player collect star bits. Now they can even pick up enemies.
Mario also has a new suit to wear in this game. The cloud suit when worn will give Mario the ability to summons a cloud which he can ride on. This will allow him to get to areas he could not otherwise access. However, the suit lasts only a limited time and has a limit of three uses per power-up.
You can see, there is much new about Super Mario Galaxy 2 that the first game didn't have. But there are also many favorite elements remaining in the game as well. For fans of Mario games, this release will surpass all expectations and previous releases, promising players a new and more exciting adventure for their favorite game hero.
