Show You Care-a-Lot with Care Bear Checks

It's hard to believe that Care Bears have been around for almost 30 years. It seems like only yesterday that the fuzzy little cheer-spreading bears were first introduced to the public. Today, if you're nostalgic about the "good old days" of when you were a child, or you just find them cute a loveable, you can even carry the Care Bears on your personal checks.

The Care Bears first came onto the scene in 1981. The American Greetings Company as a carton feature for their greeting cards invented them. However, they soon rose in popularity and stuffed animals were made in 1983. Each brightly colored bear featured "tummy symbols" that spoke of their distinctive personalities. Although each one was different, all Care Bears fought for the same mission-to spread caring and good feelings all over the world.

Aside from the Care Bears, who live in Care-a-Lot, other characters featured in the line are the Care Bear Cousins who live in the Forest of Feeling. The cousins were introduced in their first feature film. However, the original Care Bears are Bedtime Bear, Birthday Bear, Cheer Bear, Friend Bear, Funshine Bear, Good Luck Bear, Grumpy Bear, Love-a-Lot Bear, Tenderheart Bear and Wish Bear.

Along with their popular television show, which ran for three years, the Care Bears also had three feature films: The Care Bears Movie, The Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation, and the Care Bears' Adventure in Wonderland.

Since their introduction to the public in the early 1980's, the Care Bears have been re-launched twice. As a result, more recent generations have been able to enjoy them. As they are re-launched, more bears re introduced into the line.

The Care Bears are also known around the world and have fans in all corners of the earth. They can be found in such places as China, Iceland, Finland, Spain, France, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic.

Care Bear merchandise is almost as popular as the cartoons themselves. For fans of the little furry bears, there's no better way to show off your love of the characters than to carry around Care Bear personal checks. The checks feature Share Bear, Cheer Bear, Lucky Bear, and Grumpy Bear.

On these brightly colored checks, complete with rainbows and hearts, you will also find fun Care Bear messages such as "Have a Rainbow Day!"; "Caring is Sharing!"; "Let the Fun Shine In!"; and "Share Some Fun!" Just watch people smile when you hand them checks with these words and images.

To complete your Care Bear checks, you can also purchase a checkbook cover, address labels, and even a coin purse to match. The Care Bear leather checkbook cover is white with all 10 of the original Care Bears on it. Grumpy Bear makes an appearance on the coin purse.

It has been pricey to order personal checks in the past that contain images and are not just plain and boring white backgrounds. However, now you can order them off of the internet and save as much as 50% off of what you would pay at your local bank. With websites it's easy to find the images you want at low prices. It also only takes about 5 days, or less, to get the checks right to your door step. You only need to know your bank account number and routing number.
